Welcome to the Peggy Perry Belcher Scholarship Fund (PPBS Fund) where we believe Educating Our Youth For the Future is important. The PPBS Fund is a 501c3 non-profit organization established to further the educational goals of Paris and Henry County, TN students. The non-profit was incorporated in 2008 but has been involved in the community since 2003.
